The Competency and talent profile of an employee/ team member and the Competency profile of a coach have been established. The competency profiles are composed of the named, valued and prioritized competencies withy norms/standards per country and competence.
The competency and talent profile of an employee is composed of the competencies clustered into three groups (COMPETENCE, CONTRIBUTION and COMMITMENT) and 107 statements prepared in five language versions (English, Czech, Dutch, Greek, Polish).
The competency profile of a coach is composed of 10 competencies (Setting the foundation; Facilitating personal development and change; Facilitating organisational change; Learner-centred assessment; Personal and team relationship building; Effective team working; Leadership; Communication; Analysis and Problem-solving; Lifelong learning) and 58 statements.
The competencies considered for both profiles were defined with the active collaboration of more than 300 employees, 270 employers and 155 coaches/trainers from 5 EU countries.
